Ottomoebill is an AI-powered automotive subscription management platform that helps users:
Important: Ottomoebill provides information, analysis, and guidance only. We are not a licensed insurance broker, financial advisor, or legal advisor. Any negotiation outcomes depend on your individual circumstances and the policies of third-party providers. We make no guarantees of specific savings.
Ottomoebill operates on a results-based pricing model. The Service is free to use. When savings are verified through the platform, Ottomoebill earns a service fee equal to up to 30% of the monthly savings achieved, tracked for 12 months from the date savings begin.
Example: If Ottomoebill helps you reduce a subscription from $22/month to $6/month, the monthly savings is $16. Ottomoebill's fee is $4.80/month ($57.60 over 12 months). You net $11.20/month ($134.40 over 12 months).
Fees are invoiced separately from the app. No payment information is collected within the app.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You agree to: provide accurate, current, and complete information; maintain and update your information as needed; keep your login credentials secure; notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account; and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; interfere with or disrupt the Service; upload or transmit malicious code; scrape or harvest data from the Service; impersonate any person or entity; or use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ottomoebill, LLC and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide the Service.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any specific savings will be achieved, or that information provided is accurate or complete at all times.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OTTOMOEBILL, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ottomoebill, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@ottomoebill.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
